Short Zoom call
We would like to get to know you and your company better in a short Zoom call. Let us know what is important to you at your trade fair appearance and what goals you would like to achieve. The entire process is very efficient and takes very little time.
Planning the exhibition documentation
We take care of everything organisational, from team and technical planning to planning the agreed handover of your videos and photos. We will also draw up a schedule that will save you and your team a lot of time.
Production at the trade fair
We accompany you on the agreed trade fair days. On request, we can take on interviews and statements and bring the necessary equipment with us.
Delivery of your photos and videos
At the agreed time, you will receive online access to all your data in full resolution. All our offers include revision rounds so that you can add your wishes at any time.

Carsten is a videographer and photographer with more than 20 years of professional experience. Together with the Kreativfilm team, he has realised over 5000 projects for international companies. The video and photo team is represented at all major trade fairs in Düsseldorf.

Do we need video, photography, or both?
Many exhibitors combine both. Video captures movement and key messages, while photography provides versatile assets for social media, press, and sales.
We recommend the right mix based on your goals and budget.
When will we receive the photos and videos?
Depending on your needs, we can deliver selected photos and clips during the trade fair (same day or next day). Final edited deliverables and the full photo set are typically delivered shortly after the show. We align the timing in a brief call and plan the workflow accordingly.
What will you capture during the trade fair?
We typically capture booth impressions and the overall show atmosphere, your products and demos, and all key highlights on your booth (video and photos). If needed, we can also include short interviews or statements (team members, product presentations, or customer testimonials), plus additional hall and venue impressions.
We can also create impressive elevated “top shots” of your booth (without using a drone on the exhibition grounds). If you’d like, we can capture your booth before the show opens as well (clean shots without visitors).
When should we inquire about trade fair coverage?
Based on our experience, the first exhibition days are in high demand and tend to fill up quickly. We recommend reaching out early so we can check availability and, if possible, place a tentative hold on your preferred day.
What budget should we plan?
The budget depends on scope, deliverables, and turnaround time, as each trade fair project is tailored to your needs. After your initial inquiry, we can share an initial budget range so you can plan and align internally. Reaching out early helps you secure the right setup and include the budget in your trade fair planning.
Our office for post-production
Our agency office is only 15 minutes away from the Düsseldorf trade fair centre. This is where we edit the videos and photos for our customers.
Our team consists of young and experienced media designers who work here every day in post-production for our clients. Together we create a great working atmosphere and work on creative projects.
